Here is a new and fun way to collect Hanukkah gelt (money). Put 12-15 plaster casts of Hanukkah gelt on the floor. Three players are blindfolded. They must gather in their baskets as many Hanukkah gelt pieces as possible in 3 minutes. The player who manages to gather the greatest number of Hanukkah gelt wins the party game. Who would have thought that so much Hanukkah fun could come from such a simple game!! Of course, you can reward the winner with a Hanukkah themed prize, too. Make the prize something tasty like lots of candy in a goodie bag.
