Cavetti's name was printed on every sheet. Toilet paper is designed to break apart when wet so as to not clog drain pipes. late 19th century, rolls of perforated toilet paper became available for the first time, replaces razor or knife on dispensers. During The Gulf War, American troops camouflage tanks with toilet paper. Today toilet paper comes in many novelty designs. It is used as a party decoration or to decorate your friends trees or house. In Modern Times high school students find it an honor to have their home toilet papered (T.P.ed, slang for toilet paper).
